Location: Velachery/Vepery- Chennai

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) Only

Shift: Night

Industry: Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing

Job Role: AR Calling

We are looking for experienced AR Calling with strong knowledge in US Healthcare RCM and Medical Billing.

Experience Required

• 6Months to 6 years of experience in AR Calling
• Strong understanding of Denials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze outstanding claims and follow up with insurance companies.
• Resolve denials and ensure timely reimbursement.
• Identify trends and escalate unresolved issues.
• Work closely with the team to achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain accuracy in documentation and claim status updates.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6Months of AR experience in US Healthcare.
• Good analytical & communication skills.
• Willing to work Night Shift.
• Work-from-office only (Velachery/Vepery).
