Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented Freshers to join our US Medical Billing team as AR Callers. This is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact US insurance companies to follow up on outstanding medical claims.
• Verify claim status and payment information.
• Resolve claim denials, rejections, and payment-related issues.
• Coordinate with provider offices whenever required.
• Document call outcomes accurately in the billing system.
• Meet productivity and quality targets.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and company policies.

Eligibility:

• Any Graduate (Freshers can apply)
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic excel knowledge .
• Willingness to work in US Night Shifts.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good analytical skills.
