Experience - Fresher to 1 year

Location - Remote

Shift - Rotational Shift

Required Competency Skills 

• Good Computer proficiency
• Good Language Proficiency
• Good communication skills
• Competent in Data Research and Understanding of the Data

Requirements and Responsibilities     

• Monitor the sources for updated casualty alerts
• Understand the ship name, type, nature of the casualty incident, location of the incident, date and time of the incident provided in the sources
• Extensive research to find missing data and confirming the data provided in the sources
• Share alerts to the client within the time frame and format provided

Shift details (Shift timing)

• 5 days or 6 days working depending on the process/system requirements.
• Rotational shifts and weekly offs on the weekly basis

Morning - 7am to 4 pm

Evening -  1:30 pm to 10:30 pm

Night -  10 pm to 7 am

Weekends General (Saturday and Sunday) -  9 am to 6pm

• Work From Home
