Role: Product Owner
Experience: Relevant experience as a business analyst / product owner
Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, and clarify business requirements with stakeholders and development teams.
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria and support backlog grooming/refinement.
• Coordinate with Operations/Data teams for data collection, validation, and analysis.
• Prepare functional & technical documentation, process flows, and feature specifications.
• Track project progress, identify roadblocks, and support timely issue resolution.
• Act as a bridge between business, operations, and technical teams.
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a business analyst / product owner.
• Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience in User Stories, Agile/Scrum, and Backlog Management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Figma, and project management tools.
• Ability to work with data and coordinate across multiple teams.
• Finance/accounting background preferred.
