Position: Process: ICICI Collection - Collection Executive

Experience: Minimum 6 months in Collection

Job Description:

• Handle collection calls and follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
• Contact customers through calls and communicate payment-related information.
• Follow up on pending dues and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
• Handle customer queries related to payments and outstanding amounts.
• Achieve assigned collection targets and maintain process quality.
• Follow company policies and collection guidelines.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in the collection process.
• V2 level communication required.
• VST must be cleared.
• Immediate joiners only.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
• 2 documents required.

Job Details:

Shift Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days Working
Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off

Salary: In-Hand: 16,500 / CTC: 21,000
