Roles & Responsibilities of Accountant

• Maintain accurate financial records and accounts.
• Prepare and process bills, vouchers, receipts, and payments.
• Manage fees, expenses, payroll, and other financial transactions.
• Maintain cash books, ledgers, and bank records.
• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor daily transactions.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Assist in budgeting, auditing, and financial planning.
• Ensure timely payment of taxes and other statutory obligations.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with institutional financial policies and procedures.
