Job Title: Front Office Executive / Help Desk Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage the front desk, welcome visitors, handle calls, and provide administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.
• Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, parcels, and mail.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and office appointments.
• Support administrative and office coordination activities.
• Maintain front office cleanliness and ensure a positive visitor experience.
• Coordinate with internal departments for employee and guest requirements.
• Perform data entry and maintain office records.
• Assist in other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate.
• 0-2 years of experience in Front Office/Reception/Admin.
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Pleasant personality with a customer-service mindset.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.

• Professional appearance and etiquette.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
