We are Hiring "Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Role" at Renault Group

Recruitment Process:

The hiring process will consist of the following stages:

1. Online Assessment
2. Technical Interview
3. HR Interview

Joining Details:

Immediate Joiner Only ( Onboarding will be Mid of November, 2026)

Employment Details:

• Designation at Joining : Trainee
• Training Period : 12 Months
• Post Confirmation Designation : Engineer

NOTE: SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR 3 YEARS BOND

Compensation Structure:

As per Renault Group Policy

Work Location:

Selected candidates assigned to work at Chennai.
