Hindi Teacher

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Hindi lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum.
• Teach Hindi grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
• Encourage students to develop fluency and confidence in using the Hindi language.
• Assess, evaluate, and monitor students' academic progress through assignments, tests, and classroom activities.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, teaching materials, and examination papers.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
• Introduce students to Hindi literature, poetry, stories, and cultural traditions appropriate to their grade level.
• Use interactive teaching methods and digital learning tools to enhance student engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, school events, and extracurricular activities.
• Support students with diverse learning needs and provide additional guidance when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field.
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred or required, depending on the institution).
• Relevant teaching experience is an advantage.
• Strong command of spoken and written Hindi.
