Hindi Faculty Roles & Responsibilities

Chennais Amirta International Aviation College.

• Conduct Hindi classes as per the prescribed curriculum and academic schedule.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments and assessments.
• Develop students Hindi speaking, reading, writing and comprehension skills.
• Provide aviation-oriented Hindi communication training, including passenger handling, airport interactions and customer service.
• Conduct role plays, group discussions, presentations and other practical communication activities.
• Support students in interview preparation, professional communication and placement readiness.
• Monitor attendance, academic performance and student discipline.
• Provide additional support to academically weak students.
• Organise Hindi Diwas, language competitions and cultural activities.
• Maintain attendance, marks, lesson plans and other academic records.
• Participate in faculty meetings, examinations, college events and institutional activities.
• Coordinate with the HOD/Principal and placement team for academic and student-development initiatives.
• Ensure timely syllabus completion and compliance with institutional policies.

Preferred Candidate Profile Hindi Faculty

• Qualification: MA in Hindi / Hindi Literature; B.Ed. preferred.
• Experience: 25 years of teaching experience, preferably in a college or higher-education institution.
• Strong command of Hindi language, grammar, literature and communication skills.
• Ability to teach Hindi effectively to students from diverse language backgrounds.
• Good classroom management, presentation and student-engagement skills.
• Proficiency in preparing lesson plans, assessments and academic records.
• Industry/aviation-college teaching exposure will be an added advantage.
• Passionate, disciplined and student-focused with a professional approach.
