HIL Test Engineer

Experience : 6 to 8 years

Qualification : BE, BTech, ME MTech in E&TC / Automotive Electronics

Roles & Responsibilities: •Develop and automate test cases; execute tests and report results •Analyzing test specifications and categorizing the errors •Implementing test automation using Python based tool (vTAB/TACO) •Work in agile international team environment •Coordinate with global TRATON Group companies and external partners •Understanding of System-level testing

Must-Have Skills: •Experienced Battery system understanding •Advanced General HV-system understanding •>6 years of project experience •Experience in requirements engineering / requirements domain •Strong knowledge in Python scripting •Good understanding of HIL environment setup •Strong communication skills •Knowledge of CAN, LIN protocols •Analytical & problem-solving mindset •Willingness to travel internationally (up to 3 months)

Good to Have: •Reliable and precise way of working •ISTQB Foundation Level certification •Email Writing and Presentation creations skills •Able to handle Version and requirement management tools like JIRA, Confluence etc. •Ability to work independently and in a goal-oriented manner •Communicative and team-oriented personality •Knowledge or prior experience in automotive systems is advantageous. •Ability to mentor and guide
