Highway Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage highway design activities for major road and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and review detailed engineering designs including alignment, geometrics, pavement design, junctions, interchanges, bridges coordination, and drainage.
• Ensure compliance with IRC, MORTH, NHAI, and relevant international standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (structures, geotechnical, traffic, environment) for integrated project delivery.
• Review DPRs, feasibility reports, and tender drawings/documents.
• Interface with clients, consultants, and authorities (NHAI, MMRDA, State PWD).
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior design engineers.
• Support bid-stage design, value engineering, and design optimization.
• Ensure quality control, timely delivery, and adherence to project timelines.
