HEMM Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description & responsibilities

• Breakdown and Preventive Maintenance of HEMM's Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics systems.
• Trouble shooting with the help of Error code analysis generated thru (CAT) ET software and equivalent software for other manufacturers.
• HEMM Maintenance such as Bulldozer, Grader, Dumper, Excavator, Asphalt Paver, Roller, Wheel loader, Trailer etc maintenance jobs.
• HEMM's Preventive maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance
• Engine Maintenance, Hydraulic Maintenance, Under carriage Maintenance, Electrical and Control Maintenance
• Operator training, quality control, inventory control, vendor relations, spare parts planning, ensure equipment records keeping.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics engineering
• Minimum 12-15 years experience in breakdown and preventive maintenance of Mechanical /Electrical / Electronics / Hydraulic section of HEMM is must
• Experience in maintenance of road construction equipments such as Dozer, Grader, Dumpers, Excavators, Rollers, wheel loaders, Trailers, Paver machines, generators, motors, pumps and compressors is a must.
• Hands on experience in using software such as ET (CAT) and similar software for other brand SANY, LIUGONG etc for analysing faults.
• Experience of analysing the error code generated by ET (CAT ) software and equivalent software for other Brands.
• Trouble shooting experience by analysing the error code generated by CAT Software.
• Understanding of HEMM engine section, electrical and control section, hydraulic section, undercarriage section
• Detailed understanding of HEMM components such as ECM, controller systems, electrical
• Hands on experience of setting up of software environment such as ET for CAT and other
• brands like Sany software system.
• Maintenance experience of 100 to 150 heavy construction equipment maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of spare parts sourcing and understanding of Manuals and literature.
