Key Responsibilities

• Assemble Components: Join small phone parts, connect circuits, and fit screens or casings using small tools or automated machines.
• Quality Check: Inspect finished mobile units or parts for physical defects or errors.
• Follow Safety Rules: Wear protective gear like gloves and safety glasses, and keep the work area clean.

Job Requirements

• Education: Usually a 10th pass, 12th pass, ITI, or diploma.
• Skills: Good hand-eye coordination and basic focus; specialized prior skills are often not required for entry-level roles.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for long hours and do repetitive hand movements.
• Shifts: Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including day and night shifts).
