Helpdesk Support Professional

• Provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software.
• Responds to queries either phone or email or in person, run diagnostic programs, isolate problem, and determine and implement solution.
• Write training manuals, train users, maintain reports etc.
• Route problems to next level support.
• Good communication skills, documentation skills, ability to handle end users and situations
  
  
• Primary skills:
  Technical support experience in troubleshooting computer systems, hardware, and software, including user support and issue resolution
  
  
• Secondary skills:
  Strong communication, documentation skills, end-user handling, training, and escalation management

• MCP/MSCE/MSCA or HDI CSS ITIL knowledge of V2 or V3
