Opening for Helpdesk Support Engineer with our client in Navi Mumbai

• Role: Helpdesk L1 Support
• Experience: 1+ Years
• Location: CBD Belapur, Mumbai (Work From Office)
• Domain Preference: Banking 
• Education: BE/BTech/MCA/Bachelors Degree - With required IT Experience
• Work Schedule: 2nd & 4th Saturday off
• Work from Home: Not Applicable

Required Technical Skill Set:

• Knowledge of SQL (Select & Updates)
• Knowledge of Handling Ticket Tool
• Proficiency in Banking Domain
• Knowledge of Core Banking would be advantage

 Key Responsibilities:

• Resolving tickets raised in the Ticketing Tool system
• Following & Maintaining SLAs while resolving the tickets.
• Coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
• Should be flexible with work timings during month end, quarter end, Half yearly and yearly closing activity.

 Additional Requirements:

• Ready to work in a banking production environment
• Flexible for critical business periods and extended hours (Flexible to Month end, Quarter end, Half yearly and Yearly closing activity)
• Working from client Location (Belapur Navi Mumbai) per Banking Calendar Days (All Saturday working Except 2nd & 4th)
