What You ll do
- The role includes working on access to Client SNAP tool
- Responsible to identify missing hotel invoices within SNAP (tool), and chase invoices with hotel vendors directly
- Responsible to update SNAP accurately with hotel VAT information for each hotel invoice
- Updating SNAP daily in line with Service Level Agreement
- Liaise with UK account Team Leader and Client Manager to provide updates/raise queries as required
- Adhere to strict compliance guidelines regarding SNAP access
- Responsible to activate and manage the NDC content on multiple OBTs
- Support MIHD Level 1 team in creating DK/ CAP AIM Profiles
- Analyze and share Billing and Settlement Invoices for the client
What Were looking for
- Bachelors degree with 2 -4 years of experience.
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong Background and working knowledge on GDS - Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus, Galileo
- Accuracy in data input and analytical qualities
- Proven record of building internal relationships
- Competent in using MS Excel & MS Outlook
