Helix Chatbox Developer

• Work with business owners, service owners, knowledge owners, and project managers to align chatbot development with business objectives.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and address any challenges.
• Design and develop chatbots using BMC Helix Virtual Agent
• Create conversational dialogues that align with identified business use cases.
• Integrate chatbots with BMC Helix applications such as Digital Workplace and Business Workflows.
• Identify top services and knowledge articles that can be automated through chatbots.
• Document user interactions to define intents and utterances for chatbot development.
• Test chatbots to ensure they meet business requirements and user expectations.
• Deploy chatbots on designated channels such as Digital Workplace.
