Heavy Vehicles Service Engineer - Hydraulic Engineer

6-10 years + Diploma Mechanical + Heavy Commercial Vehicles + Hydraulics .

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic and mechanical systems in heavy commercial vehicles.
• Perform installation, servicing, maintenance, repair, and commissioning of hydraulic equipment.
• Inspect hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders, valves, hoses, fittings, and hydraulic circuits.
• Identify hydraulic leakage, pressure, flow, overheating, and performance-related issues.
• Read and interpret hydraulic circuit diagrams, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.
• Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of heavy vehicles and hydraulic systems.
• Perform hydraulic pressure and functional testing after repairs.
• Troubleshoot vehicle systems including hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, and related components.
• Attend customer/field service complaints and provide timely technical solutions.
• Coordinate with customers, workshops, technicians, and internal engineering teams.
• Maintain service reports, inspection reports, repair records, and maintenance documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and manufacturer/service standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians and service teams.
