Healthcare Support Consultant

Work Place : Alwarpet / Teynampet / Taramani

Shift Type: 24/7 rotational shift basis

Working Days: Includes Sundays & Government Holidays (Compensatory off provided)

About the Role:

We are looking for a compassionate and tech-savvy Healthcare Support Consultant to bridge the gap between patients and medical professionals. You will play a key role in delivering seamless virtual healthcare support from handling patient queries to coordinating remote consultations ensuring every interaction is timely, professional, and patient-centered

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to patient queries via phone, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms
• Care plan coordination and remote patient care
• Maintain and manage patient records with strict adherence to confidentiality standards
• Support virtual consultations and remote patient monitoring services
• Work across multiple platforms including CRM, EMR, and cloud-based telephony systems
• Ensure clear, empathetic, and professional communication with patients and internal teams
• Adapt quickly to new tools, software, and workflows as the organization evolves

Requirements:

• Minimum undergraduate degree in Life Sciences or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience freshers are welcome to apply
• Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
• Good computer literacy and typing speed
• Willingness to work rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• A proactive, empathetic team player with a genuine interest in patient care
