Job description:

• Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant healthcare services appropriately.
• Explain service benefits, packages, and consultation options clearly and confidently.
• Generate qualified leads and follow up with interested customers to drive conversions.
• Maintain a professional, warm, and customer-friendly approach at all times.
• Coordinate with the relevant hospital/pharmacy teams for lead conversion and customer support.
• Achieve assigned daily/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
• Maintain basic records and reports of customer interactions, leads, and conversions.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and represent the healthcare brand professionally.

• Strong customer interaction and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, approachable, and confident personality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is mandatory.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a strong focus on lead generation and conversions.
• Ability to proactively engage customers and initiate conversations.
• Ability to explain healthcare services clearly and confidently.
• Previous experience in sales, retail sales, tele-sales, healthcare, pharmacy, hospitality, or customer-facing roles will be an advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment.
• Persuasive without being pushy.
• Good at building rapport with customers.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently at a store location.
• Willing to work from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
