About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented US Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruiting healthcare professionals for the US market and be comfortable working in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Source, identify, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for US-based clients.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for contract, per diem, permanent, and locum tenens positions.
Recruit healthcare professionals such as Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), CNAs, allied health professionals, and other clinical staff.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates qualifications, experience, availability, and job preferences.
Coordinate interviews, submissions, follow-ups, and on boarding activities.
Verify candidate credentials, licenses, certifications, and other required documents as applicable.
Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment activities in the ATS.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
Understanding of the US healthcare staffing industry and medical terminology.
Knowledge of healthcare job portals, sourcing techniques, and recruitment processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and work under tight deadlines.
Willingness to work in the US night shift.
