Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare RCM Recruiter with hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring candidates for domestic healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes in India.

Key Responsibilities:

* Source, screen, and recruit candidates for healthcare RCM and non-IT healthcare operations roles.

* Hire for processes such as hospital billing, medical billing, accounts receivable, insurance claims processing, cashless claims, and pre-authorization.

* Understand job requirements, identify suitable candidates, and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer closure.

* Use Naukri and other recruitment channels to build a relevant candidate pipeline.

* Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.

Required Skills and Experience:

* 3–7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare, hospital operations, healthcare staffing, or related non-IT recruitment.

* Hands-on experience hiring for healthcare RCM processes in the Indian domestic market.

* Good understanding of domestic healthcare billing, claims, insurance, and hospital operations roles.

* Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and candidate management skills.

Preferred Candidates: Recruiters who have directly handled domestic healthcare RCM hiring. Experience limited to IT recruitment or US healthcare RCM recruitment alone will not meet the primary requirement.
