Healthcare Recruiter

Job Purpose

To manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare, hospital operations, and grey-collar positions, ensuring timely manpower fulfilment, effective candidate sourcing, and a smooth candidate-to-joining process.

Qualification Mandatory:

Key Responsibilities

1. Healthcare Recruitment

• Handle recruitment for clinical, non-clinical, technical, and hospital operational positions.
• Understand manpower requirements and source candidates based on job specifications.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
• Use job portals, employee referrals, consultants, social media, walk-ins, and other sourcing channels.

2. Grey-Collar Recruitment

• Independently handle grey-collar and volume hiring requirements.
• Recruit positions such as technicians, front-office executives, billing staff, pharmacy/support staff, patient-care support staff, housekeeping, security, drivers, facility staff, and other hospital support roles.
• Conduct bulk sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Organize walk-in drives and recruitment drives for high-volume requirements.
• Build a ready candidate pool for recurring grey-collar positions.

3. Candidate Screening & Interview Coordination

• Screen candidates based on qualification, experience, skills, salary expectations, notice period, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening.
• Coordinate interviews with HODs and hiring managers.
• Obtain timely interview feedback and update candidate status.

4. Offer & Joining Follow-up

• Coordinate salary discussions and offer approval.
• Follow up with selected candidates until offer acceptance.
• Maintain regular contact with candidates during the notice period.
• Confirm joining dates and minimize offer-to-joining dropouts.

5. Recruitment TAT & MPR Management

• Track assigned MPRs and ensure closure within defined TAT.
• Monitor ageing positions and take corrective sourcing actions.
• Prioritize critical and high-volume requirements.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and ATS records.

6. Recruitment Drives & Sourcing

• Plan and conduct walk-in interviews, job fairs, campus drives, and mass hiring drives.
• Develop new sourcing channels for difficult-to-fill and grey-collar positions.
• Coordinate with external recruitment consultants when required.

7. Candidate Engagement

• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Explain job role, location, salary, working conditions, shifts, and joining requirements.
• Follow up with candidates to improve joining conversion.
