Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong Healthcare domain expertise to lead end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate should have a balanced combination of technical/overall project management and healthcare project experience, with strong client and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects across Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments.
• Own end-to-end project delivery, including scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, resources, and deliverables.
• Manage client, business, and technical stakeholders effectively.
• Gather and understand business requirements and translate them into BRDs, project plans, and actionable delivery plans.
• Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Ensure projects remain aligned with business objectives and client expectations.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of direct Project Manager experience.
• 15+ years of total professional experience.
• Strong experience in Healthcare / Healthcare IT.
• Hands-on experience managing projects through delivery.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
• Experience with requirements gathering and BRD documentation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Certifications

• PMP
• CSM / Scrum Master
• SAFe
• Healthcare certifications such as AHM 250, HIPAA, or equivalent.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with Healthcare Project Management experience, strong technical/overall PM exposure, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Work Hours

• Must be willing to work according to the US business hour coverage model.
