Healthcare Project Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural planning and design coordination for hospital and healthcare projects.
• Should be able to create 3d models & renders and revisions in interior intents etc and support in turning around the interior design works.
• Coordinate with clinical planners, MEP consultants, structural engineers, interior designers, and project management teams.
• Review architectural drawings, design submissions, and technical documents for compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with hospital operations teams and end users to capture functional and operational requirements.
• Monitor design progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Participate in design reviews, value engineering exercises, and technical workshops.
• Support authority approvals and statutory compliance requirements.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with construction teams during execution.
• Prepare presentations, reports, design briefs, and project documentation.
• Assist in standardization initiatives and implementation of healthcare design best practices.
