Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Configuration Analyst with 56 years of Healthcare Payer experience and strong expertise in HealthRules Payor HRP Designer. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Benefit Plan, Product, and Eligibility Configuration and a solid understanding of Claims, Member Enrollment, Provider Administration, and Correspondence processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain HealthRules Payor HRP products, benefit plans, eligibility rules, and healthcare products.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable configuration solutions.
• Support configuration across Claims, Member Enrollment, Provider Administration, Member Administration, and Correspondence modules.
• Perform impact analysis, unit testing, Situat support, production validation, and defect resolution.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, Developers, and Production Support teams in an Agile environment.
• Support release management, production deployments, and post-production activities.
• Validate configuration and transactional data using SQL.

• Experience working in AgileScrum teams and supporting end-to-end configuration lifecycle.
