DialysisOnGo is building India's largest verified dialysis centre network, helping patients find trusted care wherever they travel.
We're looking for a Telecalling Executive to drive our centre enrollment and outreach efforts.
Responsibilities
- Connect with dialysis centres over phone across India to onboard them onto the DialysisOnGo platform
- Explain the platform, address queries, and guide centres through enrollment
- Maintain call records, follow-ups, and enrollment status trackers
- Coordinate with the internal team on outreach progress and center feedback
- Represent DialysisOnGo professionally in every interaction
Requirements
- BBA / MBA
- Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Strong command of English and Hindi; knowledge of any regional language is a plus
- Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Clear communication, patience, and strong follow-up discipline
