MediSage is expanding its team! We are looking for enthusiastic, proactive, and communication-driven individuals for the following positions.

1. Community Executive

Qualification: BDS Preferred | Freshers Welcome

Experience: 1 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions and webinars with doctors.

Manage online events using Zoom, Vimeo, Google Meet, and the MediSage Admin Panel.

Support community engagement and daily operations.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of virtual events.

Skills: Communication, Coordination, Basic Computer Knowledge, Time Management.

2. Patient Care & Appointment Coordinator

Qualification: Graduate Preferred

Experience: 1 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with patients and schedule doctor appointments.

Understand patient requirements and coordinate with suitable doctors.

Handle patient queries and ensure timely follow-ups.

Maintain accurate patient records and appointment details.

Ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.

Skills: Patient Coordination, Telecalling, Communication (Hindi & Regional Language), Problem-Solving.

3. SPOC Doctor Success & Engagement

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: Freshers / Experienced Candidates - 1 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a communication bridge between doctors, field teams, and management.

Manage assigned doctors and regions to ensure smooth service delivery.

Ensure doctors effectively use MediSage products and services.

Maintain accurate records, track activities, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.

Address doctor concerns, resolve service-related issues, and ensure satisfaction.

Coordinate reels, digital content creation, and social media engagement to improve doctors' online visibility.

Monitor service quality and ensure smooth operations across assigned regions.

Skills: Communication, Doctor Coordination, Relationship Management, Data Management, Problem-Solving, Social Media Knowledge.

Note: SPOC is a post-sales service coordination role with no direct sales targets.
