Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Review and process healthcare insurance claims accurately.
• Verify claim details and supporting documents.
• Maintain data accuracy while processing transactions.
• Follow client guidelines and process requirements.
• Meet productivity and quality targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for claim resolution.

Eligibility Criteria

• 2026 Pass-Out Graduates Only.
• Basic English communication skills required.
• Willingness to work in rotational/non-voice operations.
• Good typing and computer knowledge.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
