US time zone support (Night shift IST).

Required Skills

• Domain knowledge: US healthcare processes (claims, billing, eligibility, EHR systems).
• Technical awareness: Familiarity with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) or workflow monitoring dashboards.
• Compliance: Strong understanding of HIPAA and data privacy requirements.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly switch from automated to manual workflows.
• Communication: Clear documentation and escalation skills.
• Flexibility: Comfortable working in US time zones (night shifts for offshore teams).

Experience

• Experience in healthcare BPO/KPO or payer/provider support.
• Exposure to automation/RPA environments.
• Prior work in claims processing, billing, or eligibility verification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor healthcare automation workflows.
• Handle exceptions, perform manual fallback processing.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance, document incidents, and support continuous improvement.
