Role Summary:
Work on AI/ML solutions focused on healthcare use cases. Apply generative AI, LLMs, and advanced analytics to solve healthcare operations challenges. Collaborate on projects involving healthcare data, compliance, and workflow optimization.
What Youll Do:
- Develop and implement AI/ML solutions for healthcare use cases
- Work with generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and RAG in healthcare contexts
- Apply clinical/medical NLP and data analytics to healthcare operations
- Collaborate on projects involving healthcare RCM, coding, claims, and documentation
- Ensure healthcare data privacy and HIPAA compliance
- Integrate solutions with Epic and other healthcare information systems
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI for healthcare
- Knowledge of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare data privacy/compliance
- Familiarity with ICD-9/ICD-10 and medical coding systems
- Experience with Epic and other healthcare information systems
- Clinical/medical NLP and document intelligence expertise
- Healthcare data analytics and predictive modeling skills
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, LLM APIs, vector databases, LangChain/LangGraph
- Experience with healthcare datasets and healthcare domain terminology
