Health & Wellness Help Desk & Event Associate

Roles and Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for managing Help Desk, on-site queries resolution related to health benefits and related services part of health plan.
• Manage health and wellness events, including coordination and execution.
• Maintain accurate records of event attendance and feedback.
• Assist with employee benefits enrollment in the app.
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees and escalate complex employee service related issues to backend team.
• Help in building vendor network to support business requirement & coordinate with them for seamless services.
