Health safety and Environment (HSE) Expert

1. Position: Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Expert

Qualification: Graduate in any field along with a HSE Certification (NEBOSH/IOSH preferred) with a minimum 5 years of professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce work site safety, monitor EHS compliance, conduct toolbox talks, and report incidents or near misses.
• Ensure worker welfare and environmental safeguards are strictly followed.
• Undertake environmental and social screening as per ADB or State norms and support suitable mitigation measures.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify safety and environmental risks and recommend corrective measures.
• Monitor compliance with approved HSE procedures and applicable safeguard requirements.
• Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, toolbox talks, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with site teams to promote safe working practices and address HSE-related issues.
