Job Description
We are hiring fresh graduates for a Health Processor role in a healthcare operations process. The selected candidates will be responsible for accurately processing healthcare-related requests, resolving transaction-related queries, maintaining process records, and meeting defined quality and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Process healthcare-related requests accurately within defined timelines.
• Review and validate information using project-specific tools and systems.
• Research and resolve transaction-related issues.
• Coordinate with Team Leads and onshore teams for process-related queries.
• Maintain accurate daily production records and reports.
• Meet individual and team productivity and quality targets.
• Participate in team huddles, training sessions, and process discussions.
• Adapt to process changes and follow defined process guidelines.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good computer and MS Office skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to process requirements.
• Good teamwork and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work in evening/night shifts.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers only.
• Graduation from 2023, 2024, 2025 or 2026 batch.
• Any graduation stream.
• All semester marksheets and Degree Certificate are mandatory.
• Candidates must be comfortable working from office in Sholinganallur, Chennai.
• Candidates must be willing to work from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST.
