Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates to join our Healthcare Operations team as a Health Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Support health payer member enrollment processes.
• Manage premium billing and payment application activities.
• Perform provider demographic data updates.
• Process core medical claims accurately and within defined timelines.
• Provide customer service support to healthcare providers and members.
• Track, investigate, and resolve provider and member inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with operational and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Mandatory Requirements

• Any Graduation.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
• Willingness to work from the Chennai office.
• Flexibility to work in evening/night shifts.

For Experienced Candidates

PF and Form 16 documents from all previous organizations are mandatory during the hiring process.
