Urgent Requirement of Health Process Associate Profile for our client MNC Company For Chennai Location

Responsibilities:

* Handle health insurance member enrollment and premium billing.

* Process payments and support medical claims.

* Update provider/member information accurately.

* Resolve member and provider queries.

* Follow process guidelines and maintain accuracy & TAT.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under targets and meet deadlines.
