Health Insurance Consultant

We are seeking an energetic and target-driven "HEALTH CONSULTANT" to spearhead our outbound health insurance sales campaigns. In this role, you will connect with prospective clients, understand their healthcare needs, explain suitable health insurance policies, and guide them seamlessly through the conversion process over the phone.

Role & responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Connect with warm and cold leads generated through various marketing channels to pitch health insurance products.
• Needs Analysis: Assess prospective clients' medical and financial security needs to recommend the most appropriate insurance coverage plans.
• Product Pitching: Clearly articulate policy features, benefits, riders, exclusions, and pricing structures with absolute clarity and transparency.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, follow-up calls, and conversion statuses in the CRM.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly individual and team sales targets.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build immediat rapport, address client objections professionally, and ensure an exceptional customer onboarding experience.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of proven experience in telesales, outbound sales, or inside salespreferably within Health Insurance, Life Insurance, BFSI, or FinTech. Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a strong drive for sales will also be considered.
• Education: Minimum Graduate in any stream.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and listening skills in English and Hindi (proficiency in regional languages is an added advantage). Clear, confident, and persuasive telephone etiquette.
• Skill Set: High resilience, positive attitude, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to handle objections gracefully.
• Tech-Savviness: Comfortable working with computers, dialer software, and CRM systems.
