Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate leads through various channels such as social media, online portals, and networking events.
• Conduct cold calls to potential clients to identify their needs and provide solutions.
• Meet with clients to understand their requirements and present customized health insurance plans.
• Build relationships with existing clients to retain business and upsell additional products or services.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 years of experience in sales or a related field (freshers welcome).
• Any graduation degree from a recognized university.
• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction over phone calls.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
