Job description

We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Health Coach to join our interdisciplinary weight loss team. You will be designing personalized health plans, encourage sustainable lifestyle changes, and provide ongoing motivation.

Key mandates

• Work Mode - Remote
• 6 days - WFH ( Compulsory Sat & Sunday Fixed Working Days)
• Qualification - MSc . Food & Nutrition
• Certification in health coaching, nutrition, or fitness is a plus
• Should have your own device
• Excellent communication and motivational skills
• Should have 1:1 Digital /Online Consultation Exp
• Immediate joiners will be preferred

Responsibilities

• Conducting proper evaluation, protocol implementation and training services online.
• Evaluating clients' strengths and weaknesses, considering their medical conditions, recording the progression through program stages, and recommending/implementing protocol or program changes as required.
• Instructing, individual program development, and personal training services online to clients.
• Assess client health goals and create tailored wellness programs.
• Provide guidance on nutrition, fitness, stress management, and healthy habits.
• Track progress and adjust plans based on client needs and outcomes.
• Educate clients on preventive health practices and holistic well-being.
• Collaborate with healthcare and wellness teams to ensure integrated support.
• Strong knowledge of nutrition, fitness, and behavioral change strategies..
• Ability to build trust and inspire long-term lifestyle improvements.
