Shift: 4:00 PM TO 2:00 AM / 7:00 AM TO 5:00 PM (US shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Process health insurance claims accurately and within defined timelines.
• Review claim information, member details, and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Validate claim details against applicable health insurance policies and process guidelines.
• Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information and take appropriate action.
• Update and maintain accurate claim information in the relevant systems.

Required Skills

• Excellent English communication skills verbal and written.
• Good comprehension and active listening skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Eligibility

• Freshers with any graduation can apply.
• B.Sc IT and Engineering graduates are not eligible.
• Candidates with good English communication and strong attention to detail are preferred.
• Candidates should be comfortable working from the MDC7 office and in the assigned shift.
