Health Care Associate

What you'll do:
Support health payer member enrollment & premium billing
Handle payment application and provider demographic data updates
Process core medical claims
Resolve provider and member inquiries with excellent customer service
What we're looking for:
Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining 100% accuracy & TAT
A team player who's flexible and adaptable
