• Assist the Medical Superintendent and healthcare staff with routine administrative and patient-support activities.
• Maintain patient records, medical documents, registers, and office files accurately.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and communication between medical staff, patients, and hospital departments.
• Support the preparation, filing, and retrieval of medical reports and official correspondence.
• Guide patients and visitors regarding hospital procedures, departments, and available services.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and proper functioning of the office environment.
• Handle document movement, record tracking, and dispatch of official communications.
