Role & responsibilities

• Lead development of new cosmetic and personal-care products.
• Formulate and improve skincare, haircare, and color-cosmetic products.
• Manage R&D team, trials, stability testing, and scale-up.
• Ensure products meet quality, safety, regulatory, and performance requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, and Marketing teams.
• Identify new ingredients, technologies, and market trends.
• Maintain formulation records, specifications, and technical documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

• M.Sc./B.Tech./M.Tech. in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Typically 815+ years of relevant cosmetics R&D experience, including team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic formulation, raw materials, stability, and manufacturing processes.
• Good understanding of Indian cosmetic regulations and GMP.
