We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager / Vice President to lead core operational activities, streamline processes, and drive strategic growth across business units. The ideal candidate will oversee cross-functional teams, optimize performance, and manage strategic initiatives to reach key business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end business operations, driving continuous optimization and operational excellence.
• Define and execute strategic growth plans in alignment with overall executive objectives.
• Oversee P&L management, budget allocation, and operational expense control.
• Build, mentor, and guide high-performing cross-functional management teams.
• Establish key performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate and enhance productivity across departments.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
• Experience: 15 25 Years (Minimum 3+ years in a senior leadership/people-management role).
• Key Skills: Operations Management, Strategic Planning, P&L Ownership, Team Leadership, Process Improvement, Stakeholder Management.
