Head Vendor Development

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead project development activities from concept, feasibility, and planning through execution readiness.
• Prepare project development plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Conduct technical, commercial, and financial feasibility studies.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Operations, Quality, Finance, Legal, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project planning.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage project documentation, approvals, contracts, and compliance requirements.
• Support procurement activities by coordinating technical specifications and vendor selection.
• Review engineering designs and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Prepare management reports, presentations, and project status updates.
• Facilitate communication between clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in project planning, governance, and execution processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Support project handover to execution and operations teams.

• Contract and vendor management.
• Engineering and technical documentation review.
• Project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent.
• ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project reporting.
