Roles and Responsibilities :

• Interaction with the banks and maintaining a good relationship for effective banking. Negotiation with Banks (Multiple/ Consortium Banking) for Working capital limits (FB/NFB) at prudent cost.
• Investment Management: - Investment of surplus funds (Investment Scouting for Bonds) – Through understanding of Products MF schemes /Bonds/Fixed Deposits and Interest rate dynamics impacting investment their getting the best returns on the investment.
• Ensure the best credit rating being assigned to the company borrowings
• Ensure all Answering / resolving all queries of the investors /investment community.
• Ensure Liquidity for the fulfilment of short & long-term Liability & future investments
• Ensure proper Delivering on new technology to be adopted by the company (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning)

MAJOR ACTIVITIES


• Supervision of Trade Finance Activity like issuance of Bank Guarantees, Letter of Credit, Buyers Credit, foreign remittances
• Managing Adequate liquidity for short term and long term business needs at all times. Effective utilization of funds, including investment of idle funds to get optimum yield.
• Coordinating with Banks for various cash management services/banking products. Negotiating and Analysis of Bank Charges.
• Regular interaction and relationship with analyst and investor community meeting and calls. Presentation for quarterly analyst meet and for investor conferences/roadshows and also prepare competition data. Ensure Market Intelligence, with in-depth Financials benchmarking for senior management.
• Ensure compliance to Trade Finance Compliance & adherence to Bank Covenants
• Effecting the Foreign currency remittances as per prescribed FEMA/RBI guidelines.
• Managing the inward remittances received in various banks on daily basis.
• Updating daily forex fluctuations to management along with analysis
• Managing forward contracts, related documentation, co-ordination and compliances
• Regular MIS reporting of all forex related trades, balances and exposures – timely reporting for accurate management decision making
• Working knowledge of LC, BC and BG and application as per business requirement
• Import payments procedures - DA/DP/LC/ Advance, LC opening process (Import & Inland), IDPMS
• Foreign currency remittances – Outward remittance i.e. Form A1, A2, 15CA, 15CB etc, and Inward Remittance i.e. Export Proceeds, Advance Export Receipt, other receipt etc.
• Bank Guarantee: Processing of Bank Guarantees Performance & Financial, records of Outstanding Bank Guarantee
• Support to various functions like SCM/Purchase and others
• Accounting /SAP Updation and Reconciliation of Bank Charges
• Coordinating with credit agencies
• Monitoring and Controlling IDPMS States Regulatory

Job Requirements :

• 8-18 years of experience in banking or finance industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, Forex, Derivatives, and Fund Raising.
• Proven track record in managing treasury operations and making informed investment decisions.
