Head of Treasury - Manufacturing Sector
Location: Bengaluru
Qualification: CA / CFA / MBA
Experience: 10 - 15 years
Compensation: Up to 60 LPA
Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned treasury professional to lead the treasury function for a large manufacturing organisation. The role requires strong expertise in domestic treasury management combined with exposure to international treasury operations, reporting, and coordination with global headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Treasury & Liquidity Management: Cash flow forecasting, working capital optimisation, cash pooling, liquidity planning, and banking relationship management.
- Foreign Exchange & Risk Management: Managing forex exposures from imports, exports, and intercompany transactions; implementing hedging strategies (forwards, options) in compliance with RBI/FEMA regulations.
- Fund Raising & Banking: Handling working capital facilities, term loans, credit ratings, bank negotiations, and cost optimisation of borrowings.
- Global Treasury Coordination: Collaborating with overseas parent companies on intercompany funding, dividend repatriation, group treasury policies, and reporting.
- Treasury Governance & Systems: Ensuring strong internal controls, treasury management systems, SAP exposure, and adherence to global treasury policies.

- Ability to partner with global stakeholders and deliver efficient treasury operations.
