Role Overview :

As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will spearhead the end-to-end recruitment strategy to support the company's aggressive growth trajectory. This role involves leading a high-performing recruitment team, managing complex stakeholder relationships across business units, and ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent that aligns with the organization's culture and performance standards. You will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, translating business objectives into actionable workforce plans and driving excellence in employer branding and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet the hiring requirements of diverse business verticals and functional departments.

- Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team to optimize sourcing channels, improve conversion ratios, and reduce time-to-hire.

- Partner with senior leadership to forecast workforce needs and implement long-term talent acquisition roadmaps that support organizational scaling.

- Oversee the end-to-end leadership hiring process, ensuring the selection of high-caliber professionals who can drive business impact.

- Drive campus hiring initiatives by building strong relationships with premier institutes to secure a consistent pipeline of high-potential entry-level talent.

- Implement data-driven recruitment metrics to track performance, identify bottlenecks, and continuously refine hiring processes.

- Manage stakeholder expectations by providing regular updates on hiring progress, market trends, and talent availability.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale recruitment operations with a focus on both volume hiring and niche leadership mandates.

- Strong ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders to align recruitment outcomes with business goals.

- Proven track record in developing and executing workforce planning strategies that anticipate organizational growth.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of representing the company brand to prospective talent and external partners.

- Deep understanding of modern recruitment technologies, sourcing methodologies, and talent assessment tools.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, maintaining agility while managing multiple competing priorities.

- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a reputed institute is preferred.

- Candidates must possess 9 to 17 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, with a strong preference for those who have worked in high-growth organizations.
