Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes accordingly.

Job Requirements :

• 3-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field (e.g., HR).
• Proven track record of success in hiring for India and International Market.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting principles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
